(HANNIBAL)—An apparent traffic violation leads to a traffic stop and four arrests by Hannibal Police Friday . Police pulled a vehicle over on Dulany Street near Broadway in the early morning hours on Friday. A search of the vehicle turned up a substance believed to be cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Police arrested 55 year old Raymond Morton on charges of Driving While Intoxicated… possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 53 year old Scott Williams was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Both were taken to the Marion County Jail. Two other occupants of the vehicle—53 year old Dianne Deere and 44 year old Nancy Earnest were arrested for open liquor. They were released on a notice to appear.
